MARTABAK SWEET CHEESE
These cakes come from countries Indonesia, this cake is very tasty and one of the favorite cake
Dough Ingredients Skin:
- 250 gr flour
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp Soda Cake
- 350 ml Water
Material contents :
- Cheddar cheese
- Margarine
- Sweetened condensed milk
How to make :
1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast and eggs, mix well. Add water and stir until no bergerindil. Allow the dough for 30 minutes.
2. Add the baking soda and stir well.
3. Heat the mold martabak (when no one can use Teflon). Pour the dough onto it. Cook until mixture nesting and dry surface. Pour sugar to taste then cover the pan.
4. Lift and then rubbed margarine, put grated cheddar cheese and sweetened condensed milk on top. Martabak Fold and cut into pieces.
