SOP BUAH MENU BERBUKA PUASA

Sop buah merupakan sajian yang sangat niknat ketika berbuka puasa, selain itu hidangan ini mengandung banyak vitamin dan memiliki nilai gizi, selain itu tentunya menyegarkan sebagai penghilang dahaga setelah seharian berpuasa. Namun dibulan Ramadhan ini tentunya kita harus mengantri panjang di tukang es buah karena minuman ini adalah salah satu menu favorit saat bulan puasa. jika anda termasuk orang yang suka mengantri ya silahkan anda antri di tukang es buah dengan alasan sambil ngabuburit atau cuci mata lihat lihat orang lain dengan harapan dapat gebetan baru ehhehehhe......





Tentu ada berberapa alasan keuntungan atau kerugian saat kita membeli es buah di tukang es, tapi saya tidak akan membahas keuntungan atau kerugian. yang saya akan bahas ini adalah Cara membuat sop buah yang nikmat. supaya anda bisa menikmati es buah tanpa harus antri setiap sore di tukang es buah.  berikut adalah bahan bahannya dan cara membuatnya,

BAHAN-BAHAN :


  • Alpukat
  • Semangka
  • Mangga
  • Anggur
  • Stroberi
  • Melon
  • Pepaya
  • Timun suri
  • Nanas
  • Apel
  • Kelapa muda, keruk
  • Susu kental manis
  • Sirup cocopandan atau vanila atau sirup gula
  • Es batu

anda bisa menambahkan buah lain atau bahan lain sesuai dengan yang anda inginkan tp tentu harus sesuai aturan jangan asal mencampur. seperti buah naga atau bahan lainnya


CARA MEMBUATNYA :

  1. potong dadu atau potong kecil bahan yag berasal dari jenih buah kecuali kelapa muda karena kelapa muda harus dikeruk. (lihat gambar)
  2. campur semua bahan dalam satu mangkuk atau gelas saji.
  3. taruh es batu secukupnya
  4. tuangkan sirup dan susu ketal manis secukupya
  5. selesai dan tinggal tunggu adzan magrib untuk berbuka, kalau masih lama saat berbuka anda simpan didalam lemari es dengan catatan jangan dikasih es batu alasannya supaya tidak kuah tetap kental dan mencair secara bertahap.

Material :

How to make :
