RECIPES TOFU MOST GOOD AND EASY
INGREDIENTS :
6 white tofu, fried, cut so 4
Handful of bean sprouts, boiled briefly
PEANUT SAUCE :
100 gr hotcakes
3 cloves garlic, fried
4 cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons fried onions
1 tablespoon brown sugar drawstring
a little soy sauce
Acidic water / vinegar to taste
Salt to taste
COMPLEMENTARY:
Fried onions
Sliced celery
crackers
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Fry knew, remove and drain and cut 4. Boil bean sprouts briefly, remove and drain.
2. Seasoned beans: all the herbs in pestle, last insert nuts, pestle rough wrote. (May also peanut pestle until smooth)
3. Rules of tofu and bean sprouts, flush with peanut sauce.
4. Give a sprinkling of fried onions, chopped celery and crackers.
